Lisa’s love of nature is evident in these very textural original paintings. Living in the beautiful Blue Mountains, west of Sydney Australia, Lisa’s studio is surrounded by so much natural bush and this is a big inspiration to her.

Each Textured Tree original painting is full of heavy impasto paint, thick textural pastes and lovely harmonious color palettes. Often bronze, copper and gold metallic touches are included which lifts these paintings to another level. Her trees take on a 3D effect with Ombre shading too.

In this Series Lisa uses simple shapes to create visually bold and striking pieces that make a strong statement.
