Be Gentle On Yourself was created in response to the difficult challenges of 2020 we have all faced globally. Many of us are feeling pretty down right now and emotionally fragile.

For me personally, it's been even more challenging with the loss of three family members and my beloved dog Molly.

This modern abstract features many layers of delicate impasto wildflowers, leaves and grasses on a heavily textured deep blue background. The Sides of the canvas are painted a dark blue.
