Come Undone features a wonderful color palette of blues, blue greens, beige, buff, cream, grey, black, white with highlights of metallic gold, copper and bronze. Non-subjective abstracts intrigue me because each viewer will see different things in the artwork.

While creating this abstract I was aware of how it looked like a falling apart of something. Sometimes we have to let go and allow things to 'come undone'. The falling apart or loosening of the threads (our thoughts/ideas/beliefs) we hold so tightly to can lead us to new and fresh perspectives.

The sides are painted a very dark grey to match the painting.
